A concealed riser uses a steel ‘plaster over’ frame which enables the leaf to sit flush with the surrounding wall and eliminates the need for architraves See here. Hinges are not visible. The door leaf can then be over painted to completely blend in to give a ‘concealed’ appearance. There is a steel and timber leaf option. Face finishes can be PPC, Primed, Tiled or timber panelled.

All Novista risers are made to site measurements. If we are involved in the early stages of a project we can advise where saving can be made by using particular leaf sizes, particularly when using timber leaves. Using timber leaves we can accommodate 6 leaves within one frame. Timber leaves are restricted to singles and doubles because of the hinging arrangement

The Novista Steel product is on an industry leading a 6-week lead time. The Novista Timber riser is on an 8-week lead time.
