The Integra Doorsets utilise different solid timber door cores depending on the fire and acoustic level that is required to give sound door leafs construction.

The Integra solid core of the doors leaf are very strong and durable; ideal for use in commercial schemes. Our quality door leafs have been extensively tested as detailed:

• Tested to BS EN 1192 / DD171 classified as grade 4 severe duty
• Tested to EN 1191 and cycle tested to 1 million cycles
• Certified to BM TRADA enhanced doorset lifetime performance

Fire rated doors are available, ranging from FD30 up to FD120, and acoustic doors can be supplied with a rating of up to 40dbrW.

Finish

The doors cores are available with a veneer facing selected from our extensive range, or with a hard-wearing laminate in a colour or wood grain effect. Alternatively, primed or factory painted door leafs are also available.

A wide variety of vision panel options are available in different sizes and shapes, with either a hardwood flush or ‘hockey stick’ glazing bead and clear glass.

The door leafs are factory hung into the frame, and prepared for the ironmongery with the flush bolt and mortice lock factory-installed with the intumescent as required, and face drilled for the door furniture.
