A major £185m project home to 520 new homes over two 20 and 25-storey buildings, alongside ground-floor shops and workspaces and landscaping. Aspex are delighted to have supplied the complete doorset interior fitout package for New Victoria, Manchester, comprising entrance doorsets, internal and communal doorsets, Novista concealed risers and architectural ironmongery.
At 100m high, the Merrion Street scheme will be amongst the tallest buildings in Leeds, providing 693 bedrooms for students. Aspex have supplied the entire doorset and ironmongery package.
A build-to-rent development delivering 306 new homes in the city centre, spanning up to 14 floors. Aspex have supplied the entire doorset and ironmongery package.
