Scotway House is a fun, modern and tech-savvy student accommodation based in Glasgow’s West End. Close to the University of Glasgow, this £40m development consists of a 14-storey tower and an additional 6-storey 400 room student accommodation. Nominated for the ‘Student Accommodation Development of the Year’ at the Scottish Property Awards 2019.

Aspex supplied, installed and commissioned Salto access control (over 400 doors), IP CCTV (over 100 cameras), intruder alarm and video intercoms.
