Designed by Squire & Partners, the architecture and interior design draws historical inspiration from the site’s botanical past as the Kensington Palace’s original grounds and kitchen gardens. The development comprises four blocks ranging from four to seven storeys, which include 51 one-to-four bedroom private and affordable residential apartments, a new office building with retail facilities, as well as a landscaped public courtyard.
