Grand Hotel Birmingham is situated in the city’s prestigious Colmore Row, originally built in 1879. GRAHAM Building recently restored Birmingham’s most iconic hotel to its former glory. The new series of refreshed interiors celebrate and embrace its Listed Heritage status (Grade II*). The centerpiece of the renovation is the resplendent grand staircase and ornate Art Deco Grosvenor Ballroom.

Aspex supplied architectural ironmongery (two styles of door handles) across the hotel from 185 bedroom en-suites, meeting rooms/executive rooms, to reception and communal areas.Also, we supplied SALTO Systems XS4 BLE escutcheons supplied for bedroom entrance doors.
