Frames

A wide selection of different door frames can be supplied manufactured from either MDF, softwood, hardwood, or steel, and each of these materials has its own unique advantages.

Standard lining, and stop or rebated frames, are available, together with specialist types for sports halls or ones offering finger protection, or even frames that are concealed within the wall.

    The Integra Doorsets are provided with an intumescent strip, which is factory fitted and machined for the hinges and strike plate, and are available in a variety of colours.

    A separate smoke/acoustic seal is provided, and this push fits into a slot in the stop, which helps the doorset comply with the opening force requirements of ADM and BS8300.

    Acoustic doorsets also have a bottom automatic drop seal and ones with a rating of between 32dB and 35dB also require a twin fin seal, which is integrated onto the intumescent strip.
