Re: Changing our ways of working
Dear All Aspex Customers,
With the recent announcement from the UK Government and with immediate effect, we have begun a process to partially close our operations.
As from this evening the only parts of our business that will be operating will be the door factory, where we will be focusing on manufacturing the doorsets for the few sites that are still open, and also our Security division with our access control engineers continuing whilst they can.
We will review the situation on a regular basis, but anticipate this will be for a minimum of 3 weeks, taking us to the 14th April 2020 and we will continue to communicate with you as we approach this date to let you know of any changes.
The Aspex Ironmongery team are working today to despatch any goods that are required, and after this despatches will stop. However Shaun Burbery at the Leicester office and Martin McGinniss in Cumbernauld will still be available if you require something urgently or have a general enquiry; they can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com.
We have instructed all of our office staff to stay at home from tonight, however myself and Paul Draper will continue to work at the door factory and the other directors will continue to work from home, and where possible we will be able to assist with general enquiries and quotations.
We can be contacted via email at the addresses detailed below:
Ashley Burbery (General) firstname.lastname@example.org
Paul Ashberry (Security) email@example.com
Paul Draper (Doorsets) firstname.lastname@example.org
Martin McGinniss (Scotland) email@example.com
These are unprecedented times and we have worked hard since this crisis started to ensure continuity of supply, and hopefully the steps that we have made will ensure that we will be well placed to service our customers when we all come out of this on the other side.
Everyone at Aspex wishes you and your loved ones well and stay home and stay safe.
